During an inspection looking at part of the service
All the people we spoke to said that their care worker almost always arrives on time and stays for the required amount of time. People said that the agency gets in touch with them to check they are happy with the service they receive. Some people said the agency did not make contact with them very often but that they contacted the agency themselves if they were needed to discuss something.
Most people we spoke to told us they had never needed to make a complaint to the agency. The people who had needed to make a complaint told us they were happy with the agency's response.
