During a routine inspection
The two relatives we contacted spoke highly of the service. One relative told us they 'they seem genuinely fond of the residents.' One healthcare professional told us 'I think it's a lovely home.'
All of the relatives and healthcare professionals we spoke with felt the people who used the service were safe in the home.
We looked at staff files and found that the service had good recruitment processes in place that ensured that they employed suitable staff.
The service had systems in place that monitored the quality and safety of the care the service gave. They also identified when things needed to be improved.
