They reported that they generally received a planned visit once every other week and that the care workers were reliable and trustworthy. According to them the care workers received training and were skilled to care and support people. One carer reported how the care workers had very good skills with regards to engaging and playing with people. They said that care workers always behaved in a professional manner.
Carers were aware of the complaints procedure and said that they had all the necessary information if they wanted to contact the manager to complain. They said that they have not had the need to raise any concerns because they were satisfied with the service that they received. They told us that their views were sought about the quality of the service through satisfaction surveys.
