During a routine inspection
We found that people's privacy dignity and confidentiality were upheld by the clinic's policy and their understanding of people's right to privacy and confidentiality.
People's care records showed the planning and delivery of the treatment that people had been provided with.
Medication records showed that the limited medication held by the clinic was safely stored and had been suitable recorded for each and every time it was prescribed to people.
The clinic's had a suitable complaints process that informed people how their complaint would be dealt with.
