During a routine inspection
Care was planned and delivered in line with their individual care plan and people were generally happy with the care that they received from care workers. People told us that the care workers knew what they were doing.
The service had suitable arrangements in place to ensure that people were safeguarded against the risk of abuse. Relatives told us that their loved ones were safe with the care workers who visited them.
Care workers confirmed that they received supervision every three months and had an annual appraisal.
A care worker said "I love my job, they provide all the training we need, my supervisor is very approachable and supportive."
People were aware of the complaints procedure and were confident that their complaints would be listened to and appropriately acted upon by the manager.
A relative said "they were excellent carers." Another said "they are wonderful, totally relaible, very thorough and talk to him all the time."
