During a routine inspection
One person showed us their care records. They were very familiar with the contents of these. A relative told us that they were kept fully informed of all changes affecting their relative, and they had confidence in the management and staff. This ensured that they felt able to raise issues with the manager or staff.
People's records were reviewed on a regular basis and audits were conducted by an external agency which provided an independent assessment of care quality. The provider had effective systems in place to monitor and assess the quality of the service.
