Terms of this registration relating to carrying out this regulated activity

The registered provider must only accommodate a maximum of 49 service users at Blackwell Care Centre.

The registered provider must not provide accommodation for persons who require nursing or personal care or treatment of disease, disorder, or injury to any new service user from Only Care (Blackwell) Limited without the prior written agreement of the Care Quality Commission. This includes existing service users who are returning home after an admission to hospital, emergency, and respite admissions.

The registered provider must provide a report to the Commission by the 9am 28 May 2024 and 4 weekly thereafter, setting out the following:
a. The actions taken to ensure there are systems in place for the effective management of medicines.
b. The actions taken to ensure there are systems in place for effective management of call bell audits.
c. The evidence to demonstrate your training matrix is accurate and up to date at Blackwell Care Centre and;
d.The results of any audits and monitoring data undertaken provide reassurance that those arrangements have been implemented.
