During a routine inspection
One person we spoke with told us that care staff supported them at times that they wished and that they were able to get support when required. People were encouraged to live as independently as possible. The staff we spoke with had a good knowledge of people's needs and the risks involved with people living their preferred lifestyle.
The main and satellite homes were maintained in good order, people chose how these were furnished and personal bedrooms reflected their individual choice.
The provider had systems in place to ensure that the main and satellite homes were staffed according to people's needs.
