During a routine inspection
We were able to see the results from the clinic's latest patient satisfaction survey which showed that people who responded to the survey were satisfied with the service they received.
We looked at the records of people that use the service and found these contained detailed information about the care and treatment they had received. We also saw that people had consented to an examination and assessment each time they visited the clinic.
We found policies in place for staff for child protection and whistleblowing, which gave staff information and guidance about how to report any concerns they have about the safety of people using the service, to the appropriate authorities.
Staff receive training to keep their skills and knowledge up to date.
The clinic has systems in place to regularly monitor and assess the quality of service it provides.
