During a routine inspection
Our observations showed that people living at the service considered it to be their home and were involved in the day to day running. One person living at the home answered the front door when the postman rang the bell and took the post from the postman, which included signing for a recorded delivery item. We heard two people talking about the meal for the evening, with one person going to the local shop to buy additional ingredients. One person told us they were involved in interviewing prospective members of staff.
