One person told us 'the staff can't do enough for you'. Another person told us the staff were all 'wonderful' and they were 'very happy' living at Theobald House.People said their care was managed sensitively and staff understood their needs and how they were feeling. People confirmed that they felt safe and the staff were kind. One person said the staff were 'excellent we all get along well and they have time to have a chat with you'. Another person felt there could be more to occupy them but staff spent time talking with them when they had time.
People told us the meals were very good and they were offered choices. One person said if they wanted something different 'they only had to ask'.
