During an inspection in response to concerns
Another person told us that they were 'OK at Lilena' and were pleased that they lived there.
We were told, and we observed, that the staff respected people's privacy and dignity by, for example, they knocked on bedroom doors before entering and carried out personal care in private.
People who used the service told us they were happy with the care they received at Lilena.
We spoke to three people living in the home about their medicines. They told us that they were happy with the arrangements in place for looking after their medicines. One person said that they were well looked after.
We saw from records and we were told by people who used the service that residents' meetings were held that were well attended. The records showed that people's views on the day to day management of Lilena were taken into account.
