The way you register with us depends on your registered manager.
Registered managers are legally responsible for managing the service (regulated activity) on a daily basis. They make sure your service meets quality and safety standards and keeps clients and staff safe.
1. Continuing registered manager
You are taking over locations from an existing registered provider, and any of the registered managers wish to continue managing the same type of service and the same regulated activities at the same location(s).
New provider application with continuing registered managers
2. New registered manager
All the registered managers who are part of your application are applying for new registrations. Or you are an individual who will be in sole charge of the service on a daily basis.
