1. I am requesting my own information
When requesting information we hold about you, you need to prove your identity.
2. I am requesting information about a child
When requesting information about a child, you need to prove you are entitled to the information. You need to provide evidence of the child’s consent or evidence of your parental responsibility or legal responsibility for the child.
3. I am requesting someone else's information
When requesting information we hold about someone else, you need that person’s consent. You also need to prove that person’s identity as well as your own.
