Description

An ​Improvement Notice​ was issued to the employer under Section 21 of the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974 following an inspection of the nuclear medicine department. This identified concerns around the availability of referral guidelines for internal and external referrers.

The employer submitted evidence and was deemed to comply with this Notice on ​16 July 2024​.
