Description
An Improvement Notice was issued to the employer under Section 21 of the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974 following a comprehensive inspection of the Nuclear Medicine department. This identified concerns around the content of procedures, access to referral guidelines and arrangements for carers and comforters.
Result
The employer submitted evidence and was deemed to comply with this Notice on 20 December 2024.
