Find out how you can get involved with us and our work.

Give feedback on care

What you tell us about your care – whether good or bad – helps us to monitor services and plan our inspections.

Our role as the regulator means that we do not settle individual complaints ourselves. Find out more about how to make a complaint.

Join our public online community

Our online community is where the public can get involved in our work and start or create discussions.

We use the online community website to gather your feedback on everything from posters and leaflets to policies and proposals.

Become an Expert by Experience

Experts by Experience are people with experience of using care services that take part in our inspections or our visits to monitor the use of the Mental Health Act.

They are recruited and managed by support organisations who have contracts with us.

Help improve our website

You can help us improve our website by taking part in research sessions.

Join a local group

We work with local groups to make sure that we are listening to people from all communities. This includes local Healthwatch and individual community groups that form part of the SpeakOut network.

Take part in a consultation

We run consultations so we can use your feedback to help develop our plans and policies.
