We have already partnered with Good Care Guide, NHS Choices, Patient Opinion, Care Opinion and Most Recommended Care.
What will this mean?
When you visit our partner websites, you may see the CQC ‘Share Review' panel which tells you that they share published reviews, comments and ratings with us. It looks like this...
Whether good or bad, we will add the review to everything we know about the service.
We will use this feedback to help us to decide when, where and what to inspect, spot problems in care and make decisions on whether a service should continue to provide care and more.
