CQC supports Independent Care Group's anniversary event

We are pleased to be at the Independent Care Group's 10-year anniversary conference and exhibition in York today (Tuesday 7 October) as it reflects on its involvement in social care in the last decade.

David Behan, CQC's Chief Executive, said: "For the past 10 years the Independent Care Group has championed good quality care, not only in Yorkshire but by making a contribution to national policy and practice.

"ICG has supported its members through conferences, training and development; highlighting the very best practice so that others can learn and acting as an advocate for the sector. It has been a model for organisations representing providers of care."
