The Care Quality Commission has rated Right at Home High Wycombe and District in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire as Outstanding following an inspection in March

Inspectors rated the service Outstanding for being caring and well led and Good for being safe, responsive to people’s needs and effective. The overall rating was Outstanding.

Right at Home is a domiciliary care agency that was providing personal care to 26 people at the time of the inspection.

Deborah Ivanova, Deputy Chief Inspector for Adult Social Care, said;

“It is great to congratulate Right at Home High Wycombe and District on achieving an overall Outstanding rating. 

“People were receiving exceptional care with services being developed and tailored to their needs and at the same time treating people with kindness, compassion and respect.

“Staff spent time getting to know people to build meaningful and valued relationships with them. 

“It was clear throughout the inspection, that the staff took pride in their work and went the extra mile for the people they supported. I would like to congratulate the service on attaining an overall rating of Outstanding again.”
