The Care Quality Commission has rated Inspiratus Senior Care Limited in Majors Road, Watchfield, Swindon as Outstanding following an inspection in April

Inspectors rated the service Outstanding for being caring, responsive to people’s needs and well led and Good for being safe, and effective. The overall rating was Outstanding.

Inspiratus Senior Care Limited is a domiciliary care service supporting mainly older people in their own homes. At the time of the inspection the service supported 37 people.

Deborah Ivanova, Deputy Chief Inspector for Adult Social Care, said;

“It is great to congratulate Inspiratus Senior Care Limited on achieving an overall Outstanding rating. 

“People were receiving exceptional care with services being developed and tailored to their needs and at the same time treating people with kindness, compassion and respect.

“Staff spent time getting to know people to build meaningful and valued relationships with them. 

“It was clear throughout the inspection, that the staff took pride in their work and went the extra mile for the people they supported. I would like to congratulate the service on attaining an overall rating of Outstanding again.”
