“We found this service to be exceptionally caring, treating people with dignity and respect and paying attention to the details. People we spoke with told us that staff were compassionate and took the time to form important bonds with them.

“People’s care was personalised, taking into account their personal preferences and wishes. Staff were knowledgeable about people’s lives and their interests, and worked to ensure they maintained an active relationship with family, friends and the local community.

“The services person-centred care approach resulted in positive outcomes for people and following best practice further enhanced people’s experiences in care. Management were proactive in seeking continuous improvement and developing the service for the benefit of the people in the home. Congratulations on achieving the Outstanding rating, well done.”
