The Care Quality Commission has today published a report on Ashford and St. Peter’s Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. The report follows an inspection carried out in June and July 2018.

The full report is available via the following link to CQC's website: www.cqc.org.uk/provider/RTK

A team of CQC inspectors visited the trust in June and July 2018 to check the quality of four core services at St Peters Hospital: children and young people, medical care (including older people’s services), urgent and emergency and critical care. CQC also looked specifically at management and leadership to answer the key question: Is the trust well led?

As a result of this inspection the trust has again been rated Good overall. For caring, effectiveness, responsiveness and well led it was rated as Good and for safety it was rated Requires Improvement.
