Debbie Westhead - Deputy Chief Inspector of Adult Social Care said:

“We have found both these services to be Outstanding for a second time. To have maintained the highest rating is a fantastic achievement but across two services as well is very impressive indeed. They have committed to provide person-centred care and demonstrated that safe high quality care is achievable.

“We saw how the provider had continued to work on and develop the service to ensure people received the care they deserve. It was great to see the provider working with other Outstanding services to share best practice and help other care providers raise their standards.

“The provider and its services are an excellent example of what is possible. Congratulations to all involved in achieving another Outstanding rating, they should all be very proud of such an accomplishment.”
