Modern slavery is a serious crime. If you know of someone who is being exploited, it’s important you report it to the right place.
CQC has no power to investigate modern slavery and unethical international recruitment practices. We also have no power to take enforcement action under the Human Rights Act 1998.
This page explains where you can report modern slavery or labour exploitation.
