NHS GP practice with registered patient list

Your fee will be calculated on the basis of your patient list size at each service location.

We obtain the list size data is obtained annually from NHS England. It is linked to the Organisation Data Service (ODS) code for each GP location. 

For those providers registered on 1 April, GP list sizes are based on the January list sizes published ahead of the billing year. For example, for April 2024, the list size as at January 2024. 

For those registered mid-year it will be the list size from the closest month to the initial registration date.

For each location, use this calculation to estimate your fee:
£509 + (your patient list size ÷ 1.7545)

If your patient list size is 100,000 or larger, your fee will be:
£509 + £56,996
