We want more people over 55 to share care experiences with us. We need your help to understand the quality of care people get from services like hospitals, care homes, GPs - or any type of health or social care service.
We’re the independent regulator of health and social care in England. We make sure health and social care services provide people with safe, effective, compassionate, high-quality care and we encourage care services to improve.
Why giving feedback matters
We know a lot of care is being disrupted by winter pressures. People's feedback plays an important part in helping NHS decision makers to spot safety issues.
And with health and social care staff working so hard, positive feedback is just as important. It can help us recognise good practice and it helps keep up staff morale.
What we use feedback for
The feedback people give helps health and social care services to improve. It can help make care better for everyone.
Whether your experience is good or bad, it’s valuable to us.
We use it to keep track of the quality of care services provide.
You can give feedback anonymously if you want to. But it’s especially helpful if we can contact you to check details or get more information about what you’ve told us.
