Simon has worked in the public sector for over 30 years, primarily in the defence and security fields.
He has extensive board level experience in Government, including as HR Director, Director of Security, and Director for Data and Analysis. He was also a Non Executive Director on the Audit and Committee of a Government Agency between 2019 and 2024.
Simon has deep expertise in the use, handling and protection of information and data in a wide range of operational contexts.
He has also been a Board level champion for race, gender and mental health at various periods between 2017 and 2024.
