Find out about how we are doing

You can now find out information on this website about how well we are doing against the targets we have set in different areas of our work.

These targets - set in our business plan - relate to the three main areas of our work as a regulator:

  • Registration - the measures in this section look at how efficiently we deal with certain types of applications.
  • Monitoring compliance - the measures in this section evaluate how we are performing against our targets for carrying out inspections and publishing the subsequent reports.
  • Enforcement - the measures in this section look at how we have used warning notices to address non-compliance, as well as the use of our other urgent powers.

We have also published our performance in measures relating to our customer service - our work in answering high priority calls and dealing with complaints.

As well as seeing how well we are doing against our targets, you can also read our commentary on our performance against the measures.
