We are seeking 'Tell us about your care' partners for 2016/17 and have now published a ‘Request for Information’ market engagement exercise.
This is part of a process to engage with the market in order to inform the further development of draft proposals for the future service delivery of 'Tell us about your care' partnerships.
Since 2012, we have established partnerships with national voluntary organisations to gather information about people’s experiences of care. These organisations directly work with and hear from people using health and social care services, and this information is valuable to us. We refer to this work as our 'Tell us about your care’ partnerships.
As part of the procurement process, webinar sessions will be held on 24 May (13:00 to 14:30) and 25 May (11:30 to 13:00) to allow us to provide further information on what will be required from the successful organisations. Please note that the times/dates of the webinars are subject to change.
