The Care Quality Commission has rated Rosedene Residential Care Limited in Westonville Avenue, Margate, Kent as Outstanding for a second time following an inspection in March
Inspectors rated the service Outstanding for being caring and effective and Good for being safe and responsive to people’s needs and well led. The overall rating was again Outstanding.
Rosedene Residential Care is a residential care home that accommodates up to 21 older people.
James Frewin, Head of Adult Social Care Inspection, said;
“It is great to congratulate Rosedene Residential Care Limited on achieving yet another Outstanding rating for their care.
“People continued to receive exceptional care with services being developed and tailored to their needs and at the same time promoting independence.
“Staff spent time getting to know people to build meaningful and valued relationships with them.
“It was clear throughout the inspection, that the staff took pride in their work and went the extra mile for the people they supported. I would like to congratulate the service on attaining an overall rating of Outstanding again.”
