The Care Quality Commission has today published a report on Nelson House in Gosport, Hampshire. The report follows an inspection carried out in July 2018. The service has been rated Good overall.

CQC undertook this comprehensive inspection to find out whether Nelson House had made the necessary improvements to its services since the previous inspection of the service in February 2017.
