Frenchay Brain Injury Rehabilitation Centre in Frenchay Park Road, Frenchay,
Bristol has been rated as Requires Improvement for safety and leadership (well -led) following an inspection by the Care Quality Commission in October 2018. The service was rated as Good when it was previously inspected in February 2016.
Frenchay Brain Injury Rehabilitation Centre provides medical care for patients with moderate to severe cognitive and behavioural disability following acquired brain injury.
