People received the care and support they required to meet their needs. Care records were written in detail and provided clear guidance to staff members. Care plans were updated when people's needs had changed.
People who use the service were protected from the risk of abuse, because the provider had taken reasonable steps to identify the possibility of abuse and prevent abuse from happening.
Staff members received supervision and training from the provider or from external sources to ensure they had the skills and support to properly carry out their roles and care for people.
Systems were in place to regularly check and monitor the way the service was run.
