During a routine inspection
People had clear care plans that provided staff with up to date information about how to meet their needs. This included their health needs, personal care needs, emotional and social needs. Records showed that people had received the care and support their plan said they needed. We found that staff understood how to communicate with people and they treated them with respect.
We found that appropriate action had not been taken by the provider to ensure the premises were protected from the risk of fire.
We found that there were insufficient numbers of staff employed to work in the service at weekends in order to deliver people's care and effectively meet their needs.
