During a routine inspection
We asked patients for their opinion of the clinic in terms of the outcomes we reviewed on this visit. These included dignity and respect, arrangements for referrals to other health professionals, sufficiency and suitability of staff, suitability of the premises, and complaints. All four respondents said their privacy and dignity had been respected, and one who had had to be referred to another health professional or clinic said this had worked "Very well. No delay." We also received positive responses on questions related to the premises and the staff, who were described as "Very efficient." None of the people we spoke with had had any complaints about the service, and whilst they were not aware of the complaints procedure, we did see a copy of this displayed in the waiting area.
