During a routine inspection
Treatment could be arranged at a convenient time, and people told us they did not experience any lengthy delays. One person told us, 'If it's an emergency they have always got me an appointment at short notice.'
People we spoke with had used the practice for a long time and told us they were happy with the service and would recommend the practice to family and friends. One person told us, 'My whole family comes here. We have no complaints, we're really happy with how we are treated.'
There were effective systems in place to reduce the risk and spread of infection. People we spoke with said everything always looked clean and they were satisfied with the standards of cleanliness. We saw there were good standards of hygiene and infection control practices in place.
The staff worked together well as team. Staff said they felt they were supported by the dentist. Staff completed appropriate training to ensure their knowledge and skills were up to date.
