During a routine inspection
We found that people received care that met their needs from staff who were qualified to deliver the treatments. A person told us; 'The staff are very knowledgeable.' Consultations took place prior to treatment and information was given so people knew what to expect before and after treatment.
The service had good standards of hygiene; staff were trained in infection control, and delivered the treatments whilst maintaining infection control principles.
The premises were well maintained and suitable for the activities which the provider undertook.
The provider undertook systems of auditing and monitoring. The provider undertook regular checks of documents and the environment. Also gathering feedback from people and staff within the service to ensure the quality delivered.
