During a routine inspection
We saw people were given choices of appointment and locations and their confidential information was held securely.
Staff were recruited safely into the service and regular checks were made on professionals continued registration to practice.
We saw there was an ongoing quality assurance process that checked the safety and quality of the service provided that included patient feedback at every opportunity. There was also a robust complaints procedure that was accessible and which had led to service improvements where necessary.
