During a routine inspection

We spoke with people by telephone following our inspection as there were no people using the service at the time of our visit. One person told us, 'The standard of care was very good and I was fully informed of the treatment and consent was asked for.'

Another person told us, 'Staff are really nice and down to earth.'

We saw records included an 'assessment tool' that had been completed with staff in the service that ensured good hygiene practices are adopted by staff.

We saw records that confirmed staff had completed more 'specialist' training needs in line with the nature of the service. For example, patent centred viewing, conflict resolution, defibrillation, basic life support and tissue viability.

We saw records that confirmed the provider was measuring its performance on a quarterly basis.
