During a routine inspection
The person we visited was positive about the service they received from Caring about Sidmouth and thought the agency met all their needs in a very personalised way. They told us 'The staff look after me ever so well, lovely they are and that's the truth'.
We could see that people's needs were very well met. At the previous inspection although we found the agency met people's needs, we found that accurate and appropriate records were not always maintained. This time we found there had been marked improvement in the record keeping including comprehensive care planning and regular auditing. A wide range of relevant policies and risk assessments were now in place. This meant that the service was compliant with the outcomes we looked at.
