During a routine inspection
Records viewed showed that support plans covered all aspects of a person's individual circumstances. We found that there were appropriate arrangements in place to ensure that the management of medicines for people who used the service were safe. We found that there were sufficient numbers of staff available to meet the needs of people who used the service. Appropriate arrangements were in place to ensure that complaints were managed effectively and that people who used the service and those acting on their behalf felt listened too and any issues raised were dealt with.
