During a routine inspection
We spoke with three people who had experience of the agency. This included a relative and people using the service. Because of the transition it had not been possible to speak to any care staff.
Care plans were comprehensive and reviewed regularly. Records and conversations with people using the service showed that people were involved in decisions about their care and that carers respected their decisions.
The relative described the organisation as professional and that there was good communication between them and the agency. People using the service said they were very happy with their carers and that they were treated with respect. People told us that carers arrived on time and if they were going to be late the organisation always let them know. One person said of their carers that 'I love them all.'
