During a routine inspection
Throughout our inspection we saw people being treated with respect and dignity. Both people we spoke with told us that they were very happy with the treatment they had chosen. One person told us they had recommended the clinic to several people. They said 'I have not heard of anyone having a negative experience'.
There were detailed policies and procedures for the safe operation of the equipment. Staff had read and understood them. They were able to demonstrate a good knowledge when we spoke with them. Staff were aware of what to do if they had a safeguarding concern.
There was an effective system to regularly assess and monitor the quality of service that people received.
