During a routine inspection
Relatives told us people who used the service were making decisions about their care and support and that staff were respectful towards them and protected their privacy and dignity.
Each of the people using the service had a care plan which described their needs and how these should be met. People who used the service or their representative were asked to sign their care plan to show they were in agreement with it.
People who used the service had been provided with information on how to raise a concern or complaint. Relatives told us they had not had reason to raise a concern or complaint about the agency. Staff had been provided with safeguarding training and were able to provide an appropriate response to this question in line with their roles and responsibilities.
The agency employed only one member of staff at the time of our inspection. The member of staff was appropriately supported in carrying out their role.
People who used the service were regularly asked for their views about the quality of the service and whether it was meeting their needs.
