During a routine inspection
We found that people and their relatives had been involved in the decisions about the care and support they received. Each person's needs had first been assessed and the care plans we reviewed demonstrated how people's needs had been met. There were systems in place to ensure that any allegations of abuse were reported to appropriate authorities to ensure people were protected from the risk of abuse. Staff had been provided with relevant training and support for the work they did. There was a quality assurance system in place to seek the views of people and staff to ensure people's needs were being met appropriately.
