During a routine inspection
During our visit we found the clinic to be clean and hygienic. We saw regular checks were made to ensure cleanliness was maintained. These were all up to date. We saw that staff were supported with regular review meetings with their manager. Staff were able to develop their skills and knowledge through regular training. People who used the service were given opportunities to feedback information through questionnaires which were available in the waiting area. The provider also carried out regular 'mystery shopper' visits to ensure that the quality was maintained and to give feedback to management and staff at the clinic. One person who used the service told us they did not feel rushed.
In this report the name of a registered manager appears who was not in post and not managing the regulatory activities at this location at the time of the inspection. Their name appears because they were still a Registered Manager on our register at the time.
