During a routine inspection
People said the dentists always explained any treatment they required and gave them the information they needed to make choices about their care. People said they had always found the premises to be clean and hygienic. They said the dentists always asked if they were happy with the treatment they had received before they left the surgery.
We saw the practice used comment cards to gain feedback from people who used the service. The feedback cards we saw showed that people were happy with all aspects of the service.
People told us,
'It's a brilliant service, the best dentist I've been to' and said, 'The service is wonderful'.
