During a routine inspection
People told us they were happy with the treatment they received. One person explained 'I feel I am in safe hands with my dentist, they know what I need and I have never had a problem with my treatment'. Another person told us 'I don't like coming to the dentist, but staff always put me at ease from the moment I arrive; I trust them'. One person explained that their dentist was 'fantastic when treating my children'.
All five people we spoke with told us they had never had to complain about the treatment or service they had received at the practice. They said if they had a concern they felt able to raise this with staff.
People were protected from the risk of infection and were cared for by staff who were supported to deliver care and treatment safely and to an appropriate standard. There was an effective complaints system available.
