During a routine inspection
We spoke with two patients on the telephone and both were very happy with the service. One patient told us "I am very delighted with the service, I always see the same audiologist who is very attentive". We were also told that when the office was rung for an appointment or batteries the response was very quick and that the care coordinator was very accommodating with appointments. The other patient told us "It's a very good service" and also commented on the speedy and efficient service from the office.
Patients hearing needs were assessed and the appropriate aid was supplied to them.
Comments seen on patients surveys were positive. One was "Very pleased with the visit to the clinic- very attentive and thorough". Another commented "The help my husband has been given is excellent"
